1 year's progress

Last year's pics were taken with a webcam. Since then I've moved, and got a better camera. My BF% is taken just by an electronic scale.


Last year: 18 y/o 6' tall, 7-8% BF, 150 lbs








Now: 19 y/o 6' tall, 13-14% BF, 163 lbs






Jan 31st, before cut, 17% BF, 175lbs






So, what do you guys think? Probably should have done better in a year eh?
Any areas on where I should be focusing?

I spent about 5 months of the year cutting at different points (2 months after the summer, 3 months recently). I tend to gain fat really easy and I hate to start to go back to where I was before. (I was very overweight, between late childhood and up until last year. When I bulk I go 1000 over maintenance. I work out 2 times per week). I tend to cut once my pants get hard to put on :D
 
if you easily gain fat maybe you don't need to go as much as 1000 over, specially if you're only training 2 times a week.
 
Make a serious routine, I like 2 day splits
Hit the gym hard 4 times per week,
Eat like a beast, but eat healthy and do compound exercises,
You'll make gains.
