Here I am. Fighting. Never going to quit.
My highest weight 187lbs, and I am now at 153.2 . The road is long, but I'm ALWAYS on it. No matter what. I am now doing a Beachbody Extreme home fitness program & am making video youtube logs & blogging on it every other day or so. I am determined to change. The secret accountability that I have created on Facebook lately, has been really helping me. So day 13 of Chalean Extreme. Yeaaa yeaa!!! Slowlyyyyyy but surely, I will continue to change. I really only consider the truth of my journey to be now for 87 days!!!
87 days of no alcohol. Before that, I wasn't serious. Before that, I didn't see any results. Now, it's just one way. DOWN in body fat. UP in energy. UP in confidence. Not to mention a little cruise coming up...Sept 9th! Wish me luck!!!! I'm gonna BRING IT!!! The white bikini top is now going to be my Starting point of Chalean Extreme. The past two months, I've smashed off 21lbs adding in a product called Shakeology that is a big bang of superfoods!!! (message me private for more details!
