thanks everyone..

its been a long journey so far.. but it's not done yet..

my strength training has intensified like never before.. I go big or GO HOME! lol

my last 5 reps of each set are HELL!!!!

but hey gotta do it!

You're the reason I joined this forum (along with Darth Pooh and burneeed). I came across your pics when I stumbled upon this website and it has been the biggest inspiration to me. I didn't see you post in awhile and I was disappointed, thinking you had left. It's good to see you back and congratulations on all that you've accomplished. The difference is incredible and I hope to be able to make a fraction of the change you've done for yourself someday.
