What I do is eat healthy most of the time and workout 5-6 days a week.
Now the first pic is of me not working out and eating like total crap.
I started to run alot and workout alot and eat nothing but the right stuff.
oatmeal tuna no mayo and no bread yuk! Chicken, Veggies, tuna tuna tuna haha.
Atkins bars alot.

blah blah just work hard man, I still have ALONG WAY TO GO!
