I only have 2 bad quality pictures but I'd like for you to comment anyway, I know I'm a skinny bugger but I'm trying to fix that. I wasted about a month lifting the lightest weights you could think of, I started lifting seriously like 22nd May 06.

Before - 1st January 06

After 3rd June 06

I'd prefer it if you DIDN'T laugh.:p
 
it takes some time man.....i can see u put on some muscle....just keep workin at it
 
Thanks guys, since 22nd May (when I started properly) I've been on 6 small meals a day, sometimes 7, high protein, high cals..... That kinda stuff. I'm also doing a 4 day a week fully body workout.
 
Before:
Weight - 115lbs
1RM Bench - 18kg

After:
Weight - 135lbs
1RM Bench - 35kg

Yeh, I'm pretty damn weak at the moment and thats the only stats I have. I think I have had some decent gains though.

Well, I'd like to be stronger than I am now.

EDIT: I just did a body fat calculator and it says 11%
