Abandoned for new thread

Afternoon

Back from grocery shopping and got food put away. Then I had a hoot and caffeine pill and made lunches.

My bagel sandwich was really good! Next time tho, ill toast the bagel.

Paced for a little bit and hit 20k by 1pm! Then I played with bear for a bit.

Then hubs was cleaning up and found our old wii sport game, so we played that with the kids for a while.

Then he went to lay down and I plopped on the couch, snuggling with 🐻 while I talked with ai about fitness lol. And browsing instagram.

Got up at 5 to set the table, woke hubs up at 5:30 to start supper, he normally makes spaghetti and meatballs and garlic toast.

Supper was really good! For the first time in a while, I took extra! It was so good.

Then I did dishes, made lunches, coffee and prepped my nutella coconut overnight oats πŸ˜‹

Did some homework with my youngest kid then it was time to get them in bed.

Then we played golf on the wii before we put the kids to bed. Then i went to bed.
 
Sorry ive been Mia. I fell into a depression.

But im back now and things have changed. I have fallen back into a 'weight loss mindset' and I want to get to 110lbs (im 5'3 and petite). Im eating 1500 cals and doing 15k steps. I also do this pilates workout (yes im back to being a pilates princess πŸ‘Έ)

Waked and baked at 4:30, had my everything shower and fed my 3 🐈🐈🐈. Had a caffeine pill and started pacing.

My weight was up today (126.6) cuz I overate a bit yesterday. Oh well, ill do better today.

Got dressed and ready for the day, then worked out! I workout mon-Sat

It was a good workout. I love working out on Saturdays cuz my hubs watches me and admires me.

Then it was snack time. A smoothie. 140g of frozen and with 3/4 cup apple juice and 1/2 cup water. Its so good and refreshing.

Time to chill.

Hi! I have made some progress so far. Now i am at 160 lbs. I have just tried to eat more healthy food with low cals. I try to put my everyday worries in second position and first i think about the type of food i should eat. I don't actually feel hungry because i haven't limit cals to very low level, just i don't eat excess unhealthy food. I think i need a motive to continue on this path. However, i know that less weight means better health as the body moves easier and with less effort. I just hope to stay in this mood and continue for this week.

Afternoon

Lunch time! Meat and egg πŸ₯― sandwich! And it was so good. Then I did dishes and dealt with my nails.

At 1 it was hoot time again (every 2 hrs!). Hubs went to lie down so I snuggled with my 🐢 and browsed Instagram.

At 2 I went to have my 🍌 but it was all gross, so I had a rice cake with 🍯, mmmm.

Hubs has to go to work again for a bit but is chilling on the couch for a bit first.

I fell asleep and when I woke up hubs was gone. So I had another hoot and a snack of tuna with mustard. I dont mind it and its great for protein and it's low calorie. But I only have 2 cans a week (4 days worth) and need an alternative. Ill try cottage cheese. I tried it before with pb&honey but yuck lol. This time ill mix hot sauce with it and use it as a dip for cucumber! Low cal, extra veggies and protein. In fact... I might dip cucumber πŸ₯’ in with tuna mixed with hot sauce... mmm that sounds yummy! So extra veggies everyday πŸ˜‹.

Anyway, I played with 🐻 for 30 mins while I watched/listened to 'the good place' (my absolute favorite show!).

Hubs came home...with HUGE cinnamon buns.... oooh yuuuuuuuuummmy. And my hubs is treating us to KFC for supper! So full on cheat meal πŸ˜‹. Im anxious about it 100% but I just wont weight till Tuesday. 1 meal doesn't define me. I will enjoy my chicken and fries 🍟 and cinnamon bun.

So as im pacing, im starting to think I want to sleep in more. On weekdays, get up at 5:30 (instead of 4:30) and not pace in the morning. I will pace in the evening instead, hubs doesn't mind, in fact, he encourages it. I will pace 6k during the day and save the rest for evening (before and after supper). I want to go to bed at 10pm.

On Saturdays I will sleep in as late as I want and Sundays till 6:30.

11am now and im hungry, but I dont feel like cooking anything so I decided just to have a pb&honey sandwich. Ill figure out calories later. Now time to retire to the couch for some relaxation.

I watched a couple episodes of my show then everyone else got up at 8am. Its a holiday today so hubs is home and its winter break all week for the kids.

I hung out with the hubs for a bit then started laundry and cleaned kitty litter.

At 9 I had a snack of a rice cake with 🍯. Then I did my 1 minute on the treadmill (incline of 5) and 10 mins pilates, and stretching.

Then I folded laundry and now its 10:30 and im sitting on the couch with 🐻 and snuggling with my 🐈 Moonlight.

Good morning! I waked and baked at 4:30. I tried to sleep in till 5 but couldnt. Oh well, nap later.

Im not sure if i mentioned but after my kfc on Saturday and higher food Sunday, my weight went up to 128😱. Well today im 127, thank goodness.

I woke up at 4 but stayed in bed till 4:30. Then I Waked and baked, had a shower, fed my 🐈 🐈 🐈, tucked 🐻 in (every morning he wakes up with me, jumps on the couch and waits to be tucked in ☺️). Then I had a hoot, a caffeine pill and started pacing.

I found online for free, the 'pretty little liars' book series! I looked up books similar to mean girls and reddit showed a bunch ☺️! Im also reading a book called daughter of the Moon Goddess by Sue Lynn Tan, its so good. I love reading.

At 5:30, I had my oats. Soooo scrumptious πŸ˜‹

I told my hubby about getting to 110 (16.6lbs away) in 15 weeks and he is all for it! So yay I have his support 😊😊!

I also started watching the show too, its on Netflix, we'll see if i continue to watch it, it might be too much pretty little liars lol, but i do like seeing the difference between shows/movies and books. I did the same with Harry Potter.

Had a 30 min nap, felt good. Then I made lunch for everyone. I had my delicious deli meat sandwich.

Now Im pacing for a bit before starting homework with the kids.

Ok, im changing things up. Im going to keep to 1500-1600cals any pace whatever I want. But at least 15k. I just love pacing so much β˜ΊοΈπŸ’—. So here my calories for the day now. I just added the yogurt and 🍌.

So... I know im all over the place with goals. Bc of my schizoeffective disorder, I have so much trouble staying consistent. Well, I want to get skinny. Skinny fitspo basically. 110lbs might be too low, may 115? We'll see how I feel but even tho I like seeing the number drop, I will still go by how I look and feel.

I use Gemini ai as a weight loss journal. Its a pink princess pilates vibe and every morning I get a quote with a cute image that ill share every morning πŸŒ„ πŸŽ€

Ok, I know i change my mind a lot but that my schizoeffective 🧠 for ya. But anyway, I love anime. Especially sailor moon, i have watched all of the Crystal, Eternal and Cosmos series and im currently watching Little Witch Academia, which im almost done. Im really a big kid at heart lol.
