Ashamed of loose skinned stomach! :(

I'm 22 and I lost around 15 pounds last year using a diet, so it made me lose weight fast and hence the loose skin. I also used to smoke back then and I'm very sure that it added to the loose skin. Since January 1st 2013 I have not smoked, drank or had a bite of junk food, I eat good raw fruits, vegetables, lean meats, good oils and multi-grain products. I do a 30 minute cardio workout everyday:animal3: and lift weights for my different body parts 6 days a week. I'm seeing a lot of difference in muscle gain, fat loss and skin shrinkage in my arms, legs and butt, but I still seem to have a lot of loose skin on my stomach area. It hangs like a polybag when I do pushups. Please help me what should I do I'm very ashamed. :sad3:

I may be wrong here but there is a finite limit to how much skin will shrink back in small time frame. It will adapt over time but people who have lost weight suddenly often end up resorting to surgery.
There are scar treatments out there which may help and what you are doing is the best approach. That's the ggod news, unfortunately bad news is the change will be slow and likely incomplete even still.
I know skin can stretch at approx. 5% a year without damage or marks, not sure what shrinkage rate is.
