Join in June

Hello internet,
Name is John, I am an amateur fitness enthusiast mainly looking to widen my knowledge of bodyweight training. I am 21 and have been fit my whole life, have always been in the 50kg - 70kg range and am looking to keep my fitness levels up. I was once a heavy drug user but 'self rehabilitated myself' and turned to excessive drinking and smoking afterwards but now I have cleaned up my nutrition and lifestyle so I'm keen on your insights and knowledge.

right on with the positive self change john! and welcome to the forum! i personally have been practicing almost solely body weight training for the last 4 years, and i'd say i specialize in it, but i take fitness in a more holistic view, if you have any questions or want to learn anything, feel free to shoot me a message mate! :)
