Anyhow, the top of your foot has very little function. This furthers my agreement with Jram abiout your shoes.

Start with a stride, foot strike eveluation, that will lead to new shoes. Go to a running store.

Same case here and it annoys me a lot, set aside the fact that you have to use specialized shoes but the fact that even in jogging you have to limit the movements.

How do you guys feel about it?
