New here and I misspelled my user name.

Hello,
I haven't worked out in a year and since then I've gained between 40-20 pounds. Here are my stats:

17 years old
male
5'8
175 lbs
Bodyfat - unknown

I am looking to get ripped, improving my health, and to improve my strength and speed. I used to play football for my school, but i was too weak and slow due to my asthma. I am looking forward to being able to perform in a few number of sports such as football, wrestling, and, as a hobby, boxing. But the truth is that I just want to truly improve my health and physique. Could you guys help me?
P.S. How can I change my username?
