noob

Hello, just an average David here, I'm a 43 year old in the Fire service trying to stay in shape for the rigors of the job, I ended up kinda liking how it felt to be in shape so I stuck with it? I enjoy running (road & trail), cycling (road & trail), bodyweight exercises (pushups, pullups, tire drag, stadium weight carries, lunges, etc) I'm no expert, just a willing participant.
