Ok, so I'll start out saying I've read a few stickies and other threads here for idea, but The information is very quickly overwhelming and/or confusing to me.
I'm a 23yo guy, 188cm tall and I weigh 95KG. I have a gut and I want to get rid of the bastard, but I never seem to be able to.
At the moment the way I eat has me on a daily average of 1800 calories intake. I eat mostly fruits yogurts, vegetables and chicken. I also eat a lot of canned soups and baked beans sort of thing.
I try to do a 10km walk every day, and include some running in that (I suck at running, I flake out after about 200meters)
I can't really afford to go to a gym, and all this talk of lunges and stuff has me confused.
I like the idea of this strength training as opposed to just cardio, but I have no idea where to begin.
Can anybody help put me on the right track?
