Hello and welcome to my first thread. As the title says; I am a real Push up enthusiast and my workout consists of doing 50 reps of 20 sets twice a week. I built my own Push Up King Application powered by an engine that I developed: PUK Performance. My Push up mass @ 80% of my body weight is 73kg's (161lb's). I am 6ft 1 93kg's (205lb's) @ 36yrs.
I have been doing Push ups for 2 years. I spent 1 year learning Web development so I can make a contribution to the fitness scene.
