Need a 30 day weight loss routine

Softball season starts back up in a little over a month. I am 27 y/o male weighing in at 195. I need to be at 170-175. I'm only 5'7" but pretty good shoulders considering I haven't been working out like I should. Anyone have a good workout that will cut 20 lbs or so in a month. Weight usually falls off fairly quick but I guess my metabolism is starting to slow down. I usually eat tuna for lunch and salads for supper when I'm on a kick. I know all the excersises, I just don't know the correct combination of weights and cardio to drop it quickly. Thanks in advance.
 
You think you can lose 20 lbs in a month? 5 lbs a week?

maybe on an unhealthy crash diet, laced with methamphetamines.
 
Fair enough. But, fat loss is largely accomplished by your diet. If you eat too much, working out still won't make you shed bodyfat.

So, yes, cardo. Yes, weight lifting. But watch your calorie intake!
