What's up everyone! Forgot to introduce myself, so here goes... I'm a 23 year old guy tired of being just another person too lazy to lift some weights and go for a run. I've set a bunch of different goals for myself. I've not really worked out in the 5 years since graduating high school and I picked up smoking for those 5 years, too. I finally decided I needed to transform myself into the person I always wish I could be, after all, unrealized potential is the worst kind of waste in my opinion. It's gonna be a tough journey, but I'm hoping that with the help of friends/family/strangersonarandomwebforum I can work my way to being something of worth. Anyways, look forward to learning a lot and hopefully adding some tidbits here and there where I can be useful!
