Can someone give me some advice?

Okay I'm only 14 years old am 5'8(almost 5'9) and I weigh 120 pounds (I know I'm a little on the skinny side) and I'd like to gain about 20-25 pounds within the next month or 2 and I would like to know what I need to eat and what exercise's I need to do to get to 140-145 pounds. Here are some pics of me.

4 months ago 115 pounds

2 weeks ago 120 pounds

The picture of me from 2 weeks ago is what I look like now and in the picture from 4 months ago was when I was 5'6 and 115.

if your 14 years old. i say light weight training so your don't stunt your growth. o an don't try force yourself to eat. it should come along as you exercise. so what you have to do is 15 - 20 reps of 4 sets of any weight training exercise. wieght training should be 45 mins. and eat straight after (big meal). have 5 small meals a day. and try be as active as possible. do a sport. an gym. depends how serious you are about gaining mass. but everytime after you exercise have a big meal. you should be well on your way to building mass man. but yea your really to young to do gym anyways so i would say just do a sport for you. don't let yourself starve or skip any meals. drink milk to. Yeah I drink a little over a quart of milk a day and I'm gonna start taking multi-vitamins starting tomorrow. Then as for exercises what do you recommend I do to keep my whole body in shape and gain that 20-25 pounds? (I'm kinda wanting to work on the chest the most because you can almost see my ribs) And as for sports I was thinking about either doing boxing or baseball, but I'm leaning towards baseball because I have 4 years of experience of playing it but boxing might be a little bit more of a work out for me.

to be honest man, you won't start gaining proper mass until your older cause your still young. you can only help your body to get ready to bulk up when your older. but for now you can gain some muscle. just do heaps of push ups. lets say as many as you can do in one go. then do 6 sets. and do this every second day. or every day depends on if your muscles hurt or not. if they do, don't work them out until they feel good. make sure that you can't do the last push up in your sets to make the most of the pushups. o yea and stick with baseball if you like it. this will still help you get fit. boxing might give you more of a workout but if you enjoy baseball stick with it because it is still working out your muscles. but yea boxing does workout your muscles more but if you were my son i would only let you do boxing if you really wanted to, and not only doing it to get fit. because baseball will still get you fit. also if you can't go to the gym and want to work out at home. do sit ups, chin ups, pushups, buy some dumbells so you can do some dumbell curls, shoulder press, yea and lots just look up on the net for exercises. but if you just want to keep it basic. pushups 4 sets of as many as you can do, sit ups 4 sets of as many you can do, chin ups same deal. that should do a good job on your muscles. so every second day do pushups, chin ups and sit ups. this does your chest back and biceps along with your abs man. and do 4 sets of as many you can do in one go. just as long as it burns it is working. along with your sport, 5 meals a day and everytime after exercise it needs to be a big meal. even after sport. an lots of sleep so your muscles grow 8 - 9 hrs. and don't work them out if they are sore cause they will just shrink if you do.
