Its pouring with rain, I'm without treadmills or any indoor fitness machines but keen to work off some flab.
Would you have any suggestions to what I can do indoors that would keep my heartrate pumping for roughly an hour?
Normally I'd skip, but my ceilings too low for it, and it gets boring after awhile.
