Weight gain?

Hello. I made a post about a year ago concerning exercises for building muscle, and now I want to see if I can gain some additional information on this subject. So, I don't really know what I should eat, and I don't really know what exercises I should do. I have a set of resistance bands, and I'm on my campus now so there's a fitness center and my meal plan allows me to get three good meals a day. So, with all of that said, how should I go about this?

My current stats:

5'8", ~125 lbs (haven't been on a scale in a while)

To gain weight it is very easy thing to do for that we have to choose appropriate exercise for our fitness eat high calories food, bananas,lady finger ,cheese and all this thing help you to gain weight and drink plenty of water.
