Trying to get in shape, and gain some muscle :)

Hi I'm a 15 y/o male i measure : 5. 11 ish and i weigh 170-180, I wouldn't call my self fat because i mostly look strong and big, but i need to gain more muscle and i would like to loose some fat, Right now i don't have any equipment but I'm going to get some soon, I have a big problem when it comes to exercising because i get bored easy, i want a way to keep my self motivated, any of you know any? I eat anything i don't care how bad it taste but only if it does good for me. I made a list of things you guys can help me with:

What diet to follow?
What useful equipment?
Foods to stay away from?
What can help me keep myself motivated?
What exercise routines?
How to get muscles, what strategies?
Any other tips?
