Greetings

Greetings people.

As you can see I go by Coran, I live in South Africa and I started training about 2 weeks ago to start losing fat, gain some muscle and become more fit overall. I joined this forum because I want some tips on what I should do and how well I am progressing.

I'd post my workout program here but I'm not sure where I should do that yet. I'll browse around the forum and start posting soon as I figure out where to post what.

Not sure if there is anything else I should say so if anyone wants to know anything I'll gladly answer. Thanks :)
 
Hi Coran

There's a journal section where you can post your training diary. It can be a good way of getting a lot of advice all directed at you :)
