I'm new here. 26 year old male starting to get into fitness. I was 233 lbs. when I started. I'm weighing in at a cool 206 now. I've got about 26 lbs to go on my weight loss goal and then I'm going to really focus on adding muscle. I'm trying to absorb as much knowledge as I can, so lay it on me!
