Just another newbie

Im 23 male 5.9ft 14st
I very rarely work out at all but iv got to that age where my body cant handle all the crap i put into it and im starting to care alot more about how i feel and look so i think its time i got into shape.
My stomach is my main concern area, the only place I really have any extra fat but I would like to get my stamina up and make my body a little larger and more defined. I'm naturally bigger build than all of my friends iv always been a bit broader and stronger.
I cant afford to join a gym and my area is to rough to go jogging and the only equipment I have in the house are dumbbells both about 15kg (can take weight off but no more to put on)
I do plan on getting a multi gym, exercise bike and treadmill but iv only just finished university and money is going to be tight for a few more month until the extra hours I am working pay out or I get a new job.
I am looking for thing I can do in the house without needing new equipment, and for a beginner.
