my before pictures. eek

Ok so these are not too pretty I know lol. I have bad scoliosis so its hard to stand straight which doesnt help my tummy. I really need to get rid of those love handles! And maybe tighten up my ass a bit. Oh and at what point would I start losing fat in my face? Thats a big concern of mine although I'm assuming that comes last. And I wouldnt mind dropping a cup size (I am almost a D). And my arms just need to get a little meat on them as well. Let me know of any advice. I like running I think I just need to do more than my usual 2 miles a day on tredmill. I also use torso, leg, and arm machines and a bike. I pretty much just got back into working out a little over a week ago. I know I need to start buying better foods. I just moved to Arizona about 4 months ago and the hot weather is sure to come out again soon so Id like to be 110-115lbs by May and I am currently 126lbs. (5'6 in height, 22 yrs old)
 
hey sup girl...i think i gotta say your in luck. You will deffinitly be able to reach your by may I even think before. I'm not sure if it differs much from guys to girls when it comes to the fat in the face. When I cut down I lose it in my face right away along with many of my guy friends. You dont' have much to lose either. I would think that within a month you could be looking how you want. People tend to lose 10 pounds a month if you diet correctly. Since you enjoy running thats a plus. With a correct diet and some running 5 days a week I think I can guarntee you that you reach your goal much quicker than May. Than comes the hard part. I believe you will also lose a cup size while you shed a few pounds, unless your just genetically gifted with them hahaha
 
haha yes maintaining has definitely been the hardest! But over the past 5- 6 yrs, Id say Ive come a long way from doing stupid diets, not eating much at all, and using unhealthy pills, to at least having some better self esteem and actually enjoying working out and feeling better when I eat healthier. Thanks for the advice on everything. My boyfriend might be a little disappointed in the smaller boobs lol but overall, it will be worth me looking better in all other areas as well. Ill post more pics in a few weeks with the changes! Thanks again Danny.

Yeah you have a pretty good start there. I think your goals will be easy to meet. Just remember your results will depend on calories in vs calories out.

It's as simple as that. It just comes down to if you want it.

Yeah I think my major problem in the past is I havent pushed myself enough to do longer/more cardio and I have never kept to the healthy foods completely but I looked over LV's grocery list in another thread and I think tomorrow Im going to buy a lot of that and just force myself to stick to it. Now I know guys tend to do 6-7 small meals a day. Well, I cant eat much in general so would 4-5 be ok for a girl? My BMR is about 1415 calories and Ill probably be way under that plus burning a good amount if I stick to 45-1 hr of cardio 7 days a week.
 
You look fine as you are imo but if its what you wanna do then go for it....just don't turn into a stick insect!:)

BTW cutting calories by 500 a day = 1lb of fat per week, but this is a very thin line between under eating which may make your intake of food to be stored as fat...damn this stuff is confusing :eek::eek:
 
Thanks Mick! I didnt used to pay attention to my calories so Im not sure how much I am now cutting back on but I am assuming close to that...I hope it doesnt store as fat! I think Ill check my weight and post pics a week from today and see what happens (if there is even a change!) lol

Well it looks like I might have to make my goal or close to it, by March now! My friend is getting married and when I visit her in March she wants me to try on bridesmaid dresses. So, hopefully its like you guys said. I should reach it before May anyway :)
 
Its when I can visit because she lives in my hometown in Michigan. I think its going to be early like first or second week. I mean I think Ill be ok either way. I am about a size 5 now it would be sweet to be a 2 haha but I wont keep my hopes up for that date.

Lol alright alright i got ya, still 6 weeks away 2 pounds a week equals 12 pounds and ur still golden. Hope ya reach your goal. Let us know about your progressss.
