Hi,
My name is Sara. I am actually a returning member. Its probably been 3 yrs since I have been on here. Some of you might know me as lilsarrygrl05. I changed it because I couldnt figure out my old password lol. Anyway, good to be back! I have recently joined an LA Fitness gym and look forward to what I can learn on here to help me keep myself on the right path!
And just some general facts about me are, I am almost 23 years old about 5'6 and I weigh 126lbs. just lost 4 lbs recently and I am trying to get down to about 115. I run, use leg, arm and torso machines, and then end my workout on a bike, Still working on a good diet but I am doing much better about cutting out pop and bad foods. I am always open to advice too!
Oh and one question, sometimes I can run pretty fast no problem but lately I get a cramp in my side very early on and it stops me from my running. I stretch beforehand and sometimes go use the machines to help my muscles more but sometimes I still experience the cramps. I also make sure I wait to work out at least 2-3 hrs after eating so anyone know what else I can do?
