New to the forum, want flat stomach! Help.

I've only been on here a few times. Here's a little bit about me: I'm 18, just graduated high school, and want to use this summer to lose some fat. Here are a few things:

-Height: 5'9"
-Weight: 173lbs
-Body Fat % - 15% (Using the four sight skinfold test)

I think I have a good upper body, but I want to lose the belly fat on my stomach. It's really not a lot, but it annoys me and jiggles when I go for runs. I read something about a "Truth about Abs" book, but it seemed like a scam. What are some diet tips and effective ab workouts?
