Hey everyone, new on here. A little background on me: I was always in good shape, then I was in a bad car accident one day that made it so I couldn't exercise for a year (literally). I also left with a bad leg that acts up from time to time, and has a titanium rod in it. Needless to say I packed on the pounds from being forced to be inactive. I'm 6'2 and I got up to about 240. Then I cut down to about 180, and being decently toned after working out/eating right and the whole nine. Then my bad leg started acting up again and all that stuff.
Anyways I'm up to 200lbs right now-which I don't think is anything too terrible for being a 6'2 guy with a large frame. Looking to lose the weight, and tone up again. Just thought I'd stop by, introduce myself and say hi. If anything it's good for the motivation. Thanks!
