Hows it goin everyone.?

Just saying hello from Georgia.. New to this forum im sure its full of useful info and great people. I'm really interested in getting "cut" but im not sure of the best diet and excercise techniques i should be using. IM 6'1" and 185lbs. Im not wanting to be a bodybuilder of nothing. I just wanna lose the fat i have and build some muscle and be "CUT" :yelrotflmao: Look forward to talkin to you all. Later-
