I just went to my gym the day before. And I did some abdominal exercises. I skipped my gym yesterday because I had to go out with friends. I went to sleep. And when I woke up. I have a severely stiff hip joint. The pain is in the front of the hip joint. I cannot do the following
-Stand Straight
-Lie down straight
-Bend backwards
-Walk
This is really killing me. Please help me. I have it in both legs.
