Soooo. I am here to get tips and advice and to share tips and advice in what I know.

I am pretty good for dieting stuff. I have tons of cookbooks and I enjoy finding a recipe and healthifying it, as I call it. I will take out some bad stuff and trade it for a healthier substitution. So, I am sure I will be posting some recipes on the forums soon.

I was always told as a kid that I didn't need to work out and I could eat anything I wanted because I was skinny. Unfortunately, now I am still skinny with a high body fat percentage, low strength, and low stamina. The body fat percentage is going down at a pretty steady rate just because of my healthy eating and taking walks. So, since I have that under control I am working on strength and endurance. You'll see me posting a lot of questions in that area.
