Hello everyone.

I used to be active in high school, but got lazy and lived the life of a lazy college student for the past 3-4 years. Over the past 2-3 months, I've started exercising again, aiming to reduce my beer belly and to gain at other areas of my body (I'm skinny). I've had problems with nutrition without realizing it, and now I'm just looking around for information. I'm starting to get it somewhat right now, and hopefully in the months to come, results can be seen :).

Welcome aboard. Focusing on the basics is what you should do and you'll find those in the stickies.

You aren't going to be selectively losing your belling and nothing else though. We don't get to pick and choose.
