current weight is 325
target weight is 275

currently doing 30-40 minutes of cardo each morning mon - fri before work
currently doing 30-40 minutes of cardo each afternoon mon - fri after work
trying to keep my calorie intake under 2000 calories a day
interested in suggestions on supplements for fat blocking as well as muscle building

look forward to using this site to help me reach my goals

Hello Kevin,

You need to:

1. Control your diet.

2. Keep up the cardio and intensify it as your conditioning improves.

3. Develop a weight training program.

4. Re-think that 275# goal - have faith - think more of 175# as your final goal.
 
You might need a little more than less than 2000 a day if you are active....yes cut back but don't go to crazy.....wouldn't 2000-2500 clean cals be good for this guy....Kevin I'm a bit lighter than you and aim for 2000-2500 cals daily, with staying active.
