Hello From NY

Hello All,

Glad to be a new member of the forums.

I'm 46 and live in Long Island NY.

My routines are simple. Cardio is twice a week and I walk a lot (~4 hours a week). My weight training consists of either a week of push pulls (2 ea a week) or a full body strength routine twice a week. All the routines are two sets only. Simple stuff but it keeps me in shape.
