newbie here

I just wanted to stop in and introduce myself. I just recently joined the forum and stumbled on this section. I'm here after dieting since April and I just started excercising after weightloss plateau..But with some success, I have lost 27 pounds but struggling with the last 15 or so...However, I have noticed after starting to excercise more regularly, the scales moving a fuzz or two each week!! I know with determination and alot of sweatwork, I can accomplish what I want to in a healthy/safe way!!!! Best regards to all here!!!
