Hmm, this is interesting. I always liked beets, have seen beetjuice, and wondered about it's benefits.
I will check it out, because I think they have it at this natural foods store by my house.
If they have it, and it's low sugar content, I will definitely give it a try.

Have you ever experienced the benefits of Beetlejuice from the Howard Stern show?
Now that **** is funny!

I like green food because of its nature and enviroment-friendly!And beetroot juice would be delicious,if the new study is right,i will try more!

Ok, I went to this natural health/organic food store and they had beet juice. I'm doing a detox this week, so I thought it would be a good thing to add. Well, I didn't buy it, because it says there is 24 grams per 8 ounce serving. I understand that it's all natural sugar, but that's too much. I have some rules I'm trying to abide by at least until I get to the weight and body fat percentage I want to be at: (1.) Stay away from refined sugar as much as possible, (2.) Only sugar intake is natural sugar that must be no more than 10 grams per serving size, (3.) Only consume this kind of sugar immediately after workouts.

...so no go on the beet juice for me, not until I'm at least a ripped lean and cut machine!
