Hi, I'm new and all that jazz..

Hi everyone. I'm new here and looking for advice, support and hopefully much more!

I'm from Brisbane, Queensland. Six foot one-ish and 275ish last time I checked from memory (hopefully that will be starting to decrease in the future :) ).

My immediate goal is to get my overall level of fitness improved and then move onto a direct weight loss campaign. I think I am in not that bad of fitness for that size all considered and my blood pressure, colestrol and vitals are all sound. I know this because I have a regular check up and tested every six months because I have a mild form of epilepsy which I take a med for (which had been known to influence weight).

I'm 22 and until now my weight had not been an issue for me. However as I move into the next phase of my life I believe that things now need to start moving towards a change. By taking this step, this is moving the process forward.

So, um, yeah. :)
 
Welcome. Weights, cardio and a proper diet will get you whipped into shape in no time.
