Hi All!~
I am looking for advice on a a good workout. I am married with 4 kids and do not have a regular workout. I get alot of exercise having four young children, but am looking for something structured. I want to see results, but do not have hours a day to commit. I am thin but would like to tone up. I definately do not need to lose any weight, but would like opinions on dietary suppliments and a workout regimine. My 11 year old is on his schools wrestling team, and seems to turn to me for advice on training. I would like to help him stay in shape and find a workout schedule that he could follow as well. He is very into being in shape, and frankly looks like he works out already. People look at him and can't believe the muscle tone he has. So I would like something for both of us.
