HEllloooo and a little help would be nice ;o)

Hi everyone just thought i'd say hi.

I'm just getting back into martial arts to try and shift all the flab that has accumulated over the past 10 years :cool3: My main problem is i have a fat that sticks to my love handles and belly area, and massive bitch tits. I was wondering if anybody knows of any really good excercises that will help me strip it off faster?

I was really inspired by a couple of sites to get back into shape bodybuilding.com and big bigfitness.com i was amazed at some of the Transformations that people seem to have gone through in such little time. I thought if i can start to commune with similar people it won't be long b4 i can have a decent body again.:newangel:
 
It will be important to start some aerobic exercises and some strength training will be good too. The more muscle you have on your body, the more easily it can burn fats.
