Okay, so I thought I would look back at this guy's progress. From what I can tell, he is complete BULL****. So this guy said that he finished his diet weighing at 180 lbs and didn't gain ANYTHING BACK and claim to continue to lose weight even after he started eating.
From those of us who do carb depletion and Re-carb up cycling, how is this possible? Personally, I put on 3-5 lbs from carbing up after 30 hr period. Realistically, his weight should have gone up 1-2 lbs from eating again but NOO it did not; defies logic.
Notice all the photo trick that he does. Long hair vs short, closer picture vs further way, slouch vs standing straight up. I have a feeling that this dude is not inputing 100% honest data. Also he claimed to have lost 26 lbs over period of 20 days? Now 1 lb of fat = 3,500 calories. So unless he can run like no other while eating NOTHING, how can his BMR be 4550 at 207 to 181. Do the math guys, the numbers and logic does not work out properly unless he left a buffet when he started and took a huge dump for 20 days.
