Newbie..I need help finding a workout program to do @ Home!!!

I was reading about the FIRM and used it several years ago. However, I am looking for something that will give me a six pack, perk up my butt (the firm was good at that) and ton my legs as well as loose weight. I was reading about the P90X, however, I didn't know if this is for a women as well to use? I haven't seen the commerical for the P90X here.

Please ladies share what you think is the BEST program to work out at home and get ripped!

I have been using the firm, but have been switching it up with a couple of Shape DVD's that I have. I have found that if I really concentrate on my abs while I'm doing the firm, it makes a big difference. I'm not much of a believer in situps to get a great stomach. In one of the firm videos you do a knee raise while you twist with two weights in your hands. I love that one, cause I can really feel it zeroing in on my obliques! Shape also has a good ab focused DVD that I bought a while back, which I can really feel the next day after I've done them!
