I would like to know what you guys think about the picture I have posted. This is not me but this is what my goal is. I love the tone and the sexy muscle and curves and I just want to know what you guys think as this is how I would love to look. Tell me what you think.

I'm trying my hardest to get the results I want and I'm definately getting them in my stomach and I have just started focusing on my arms, but my biggest area of concern and the area I struggle with the most are my legs. I know I've posted this several times before but I just don't feel like I'm getting anywhere.
 
You have posted it several times and we are gonna keep telling you that you won't be able to make them any smaller...legs carry about 90% of your weight give or take...quads do most of the work of moving you around and supporting you while standing (i.e. they are all muscle)...the only way you are going to lose quad size is by starving yourself and letting your body cannibalize your muscles...but that will effect the rest of your body as well.

Be happy about the body you have and keep working to keep it looking good...obsessing about your legs and getting them to the exact shape you want them will only lead you to dissapointment.
 
Either that, or she can lose fat if she has some fat. Do you want your legs to get smaller and more defined, Bubbles? or are you afraid that if you cut fat on the legs they will look too muscular?

And Bubbles I am not trying to be mean, inconsiderate or hurt your feelings. I understand you want to be happy with your body, but there comes a certain point where must realize there are some limitations....where you might have to give and take...

You do look good and IMO you are focusing too much on the leg "non-issue" ;)

We've discussed this with her in length. She doesn't look like she has too high aBF% to begin with and doesn't want to lose too much BF% and start looking unhealthy or overly muscular in her upper body from a low BF%.

She wants to have her cake and eat it too :p not literally.
 
The girl in the picture lacks any kind of muscle and is even holding her tummy in; it looks to me like she’s relying on a good rack to make her look hot. Google Jamie Eason and you’ll see a good all-round female physique; she might be a little too muscular for some (skinny guys) but that kind of definition is good to see on a woman. Strong legs also normally means great butt too so don’t be afraid of building some decent leg muscle
 
I appreciate you all being so patient with me as I know that I have asked this question time and time again.

As Karky has stated it's the fat I'm trying to rid. I'd like the nice toned look (not fitness model look but definately a nice slim toned leg) I've managed to loose fat in most of my other areas but it's just my legs that done seem to budge but rather appear to be bigger?

If there's nothing I can do I guess I'll just have to take the good with the bad but I just don't want to give up (Once my head is stuck on something I'll do anything to get results).

Sorry if I've pissed anyone off in this process I guess it's something I just gotta deal with.

If you're losing fat on your upper body, then you are most likely in a calorie deficit and the legs will start to lose fat too. The thing is, for different people fat will be taken from different places first.

Legs gotten bigger? Do you ever take any measurements? You should probably start doing that, that way you can tell if they really are getting bigger or if it's just your eyes tricking you.

I'll just keep at it and just see what comes....I guess I can't expect it to all go in a couple of months. I'll just keep at it.

Now its time for me to make a thread about 3rd legs.

Mine can squat 300.

OP - I think the chick you posted is hot, I've seen your pics, you're hot, so if either of you looked more like the other, it'd be great. Win-win. For real though, keep at what you are doing, your body will become better and better if you keep training and eating right.
