Only 300 days a year?? i can kinda figure out what your calculating into the equation.... but its also good to just stare :D

I get 5 weeks holiday, about 7 public holidays and then weekends of course :)

Anyway, we shouldn't be pervy, it's not very nice and we'll get told off in a minute :(
 
wow guys i'm getting flustered, I've never had this type of attention before (i probably shouldn't encourage it as it is a training forum but it's nice to know my hard work appreciated. as for the comment about taking days off...it's kinda sweet in a bizzare sort of way.

You deserve all the attention you're getting cuz of all the hard work it took. :)

Just make sure you keep it up cuz its not just about how you look, but how healthy you are.
 
I'm definately feeling much healthier overall.......unfortunately I'm not sleeping very well but I don't think it's got anything to do with my new fitness routine. I'm going to bed later and waking up earlier so I'm a little tireder than usual but hopefully it's just because the sun is coming up earlier. I'm really enjoying going to the gym and loving the results....I've given myself 4 weeks to reach my next phase but I just need some help with upper body exercises. I really need to work on my upper strength, and help on working on my overall body tone.
 
Thank you... I still have a little bit of work to do. I have an interview with a modelling agency on Wednesday which I one extra step forward to my dream. I have to get alot more strict on myself from now on as I'm taking the steps forward on the career side to make something out of myself, I have to do it with my fitness. I have around 2 more weeks to go for my second month comparison so we'll see how much has changed.....I haven't been as strict with it so I don't expect too much but that's all about to change. I'm really quite excited actually. Each session at the gym is an extra session to my goal....it's so exciting when you have something to aim for rather than to just exercise. Once the goal is reached.....the feeling is bliss.

cute, but just skinny. in a nation, or even world that is primarily fat, you look better than most. but youre a bit like a noodle.

get hot! do some liftng and put some curves in there. Eat proteins, lift heavy, feel the burn and tear in yer muscles, and let's see them grow some.

Hey I hope you do well with the interview! i totally agree with you that having goals outside the gym make the gym sessions a lot better. Of course my goals are not modelling related but I still have some :)
 
you are definatley on the right track...keep at it and remember not to get discouraged..it takes time! good luck!
