Spring Break Help ASAP!

Ok some im 18 and Im going to Cancun in March. Now with this being said, I need to loose some serious weight. Ill do anything to make it to my goal. basically, I realize that Im not going to be able to get like a great body in 3 months or so. I just need to know like what to eat as far as a diet and then what I should be doing as far as exercises, and any supplements I should or should not be taking. Also, do fat burners such as Hydroxcut work?

here is actually sucking in. For some reason I can do this like all the time so most people dont actaully think im that fat lol.



Basically I just want to be able to take my shirt off and look pretty good not like a 8 pack or like a 6 pack or anything just a little shape like a decent body. I know it will get better in time. I need to know what to eat and if any of the workout programs like a military workout or the p90X system works with cardio of course because I would be able to do either of these. Anything will help me out, Im starting this diet and everything tomorrow so help me asap!

P90x

I think P90 is perfect for your goals here. I dont think it is a sustainable work-out regiment, but for burning fat and muscling up in 3 months, I dont think you could pick a better program.
You can get it for free from many of the torrent sites.
 
Spring Break Help ASAP

I'm on day 34 and I'm getting great results. Prior to p90x I drank all the time and was eating ****ty food. Since starting I have been eating healthy cut down big time on alcohol and never skip a workout and I am getting great results. So if your motivated about getting into shape do it
