A good place to start would be the stickies. Educate yourself on what you need to do in terms of nutrition and exercise in order to lose the weight.

Make a meal plan. Avoid junk foods and get a non-fat products. There are so many delicious non-fat products out there, and some workouts wll make it complete

wow-wow-wow.

I don't know who you are or where you get your information but all your posts so far on this forum have been more or less complete BS.
I'll comment on both your posts in this one post.

Why would you want to get non fat products? most "non-fat" stuff has worse things in them, and excess sugars and carbs. Eg. Non fat youghurt vs Natural yoghurt.

Certain fats are also crucial for weight loss. Eating fish for example (omega3) and other plant fats, nuts, avocado, olive oil. All healthy and when used in moderation excellent for losing weight.

Do you consume enough protein? If you do, all you need is a little cardio or maybe running in the treadmill to reduce that fat around your leg

This person is asking for ways to "tone" legs. Simply eating 250g of protein and farting around the park or on the treadmill is not going to reduce fat. What if the diet is horrible? (GOOD CHANCE OF THIS BTW).
calories in < calories out combined with good well rounded exercise will.

Don't mean anything negative, just find it wrong that you're running around giving incorrect advice, and clearly toting some business that appears to be udder ****, no offense.

Yeah, people trying to cut out all fat is horrible, you actually need them for optimal function, not to mention survival. Cutting out junk food is a good idea though, there is often a lot of processes carbs in it and a lot of saturated and trans fat. Trans fat is something you want to stay away from as much as you can, saturated fat you should be careful with, but it's not as dangeoraus as some want you to think.
