Hey all and thanks for the warm welcome.
I am indeed from Newcastle (don't mention the football team lol)
I started my weight loss, cardio and weight programme 11 days ago.
At this time I was measured as 180cm and 80.4kg.
I am now down to 78kg.
My diet consists of cereal for breakfast,
Fruit salad for lunch
And an oven cooked main meal which is a major improvement for someone who loves ice cream and pizzas.
I try to run for 20-30 minutes 5/6 times a week.
I also incorporate the exercise bike and rowing machine to keep me motivated.
I am pretty toned allover, except for my stomach (I'm 34"/35")
I desperately want to tone up my stomach whilst improving my cardio ability.
