skin problems

Because I am trying to gain weight I eat a lot of chicken, beef, bread, pastas, and dairy. I also work out a lot harder(w/proper rest) but my acne has gotten really bad since I changed my diet and routine.(But I am getting great results)

I am not sure if the acne has gotten worse because I'm not digesting all my food fast enough, higher testosterone levels from my lifting, hormone imbalance, or both? If this could be the case what is a solution?
 
Is it on your face, back and/or chest?

Sometimes heavy sweating can clog your pores. Make sure you have a shower right after working out.

If the acne is on your chest/back, don't wear clothing with man-made fibers. Try to wear 100% cotton.

Don't touch your face too much or wipe your face hard with a towel during your workout.

See if that helps.
 
The acne developed on my back and face not so much on the chest. I always wash my face after a workout. I will apply what you suggested and let you know how it goes, thanks for your advice.
