Aloha!
First off, just want to say hey to everyone! I am normally more of a lurker than a poster but figured I might as well change that (hence why I may sound a little strange
).
I am 19 years old and have really changed my life around over the last 2 to 3 years or so. I have gone from weighing 217 pounds to about 162 pounds. Before I changed my lifestyle i pretty much ate and played MMO's. To loose the weight I started running, swimming and going to the gym. I now go to the gym pretty much every day and either do cardio or weights. However, over the last 6 months I feel like i have reached a brick wall and cannot progress any further. I am not sure if I should try to loose more weight, eat more or just take a break  . After browsing through the forum for a while I have pretty much figured out that I should be taking a far more active role in what I do.
I am in somewhat of a unique circumstance at the moment, for I have between 4 to six months to focus on my fitness completely with no other requirements. At the end of this period I will be starting as a cop so hopefully my new found fitness will come in handy from time to time. Upon reflection it seems that I have pretty much spiralled out on a tangent, but hopefully you can make heads or tales of it! I will also try to start a journal in the next couple of days and post some pictures as well, as it should help motivate me.
