Hey everyone! My name is Alicia, I'm 22 and live in Tucson, AZ.
I have been working out with a trainer for over a year and have successfully lost over 30 pounds, yay! I used to be pretty skinny back in my HS days, but after birth control, being in love, and working from home, I unfortunately got a little to unhealthy.
I'm 5' and currently weight at 118. My bodyfat is around 22%, and I seem to be stuck at my current stats
I'm hoping since last year I did the whole weight loss thing, I can now concentrate on burning more muscle and getting really tone.
I currently work out at least 5 days a week, and do one hour with my trainer and then usually stay for more cardio, depending on the day. But I still seem to be stuck at where I am, so I am looking for that extra boost. Hopefully I will learn some new things here, to help with that
My goal is to have a bodyfat % around 17% or less
