Hey I don't know if you guys ever heard of vertical jump bible, but I'm doing a program from them and adding in my own upper body workouts plus some bball stuff. I just wanted to know if you guys think this is over training.
I can't copy and paste it here but I attached it to the post. The pylos and lower body work outs (workout a and b) are taken straight from vertical jump bible and the basketball and upperbody workouts (c and d) are my own.
