I saw this was the "New Member Intro" section so I guess I need to make my first post here. Little about me.....I am a 28 year old male, married with 2 children. I work as a machinist for 50 hours full time and some machine work on the side in the evenings. The last few years I have let my body go down the tubes. Maybe with a little help here I will get that look I am going for, not body builder type, just a nice fit look. I am 6'1" 220 lbs.
