New Canadian online

I'm new to the whole online forum thing. I am hoping to get some tips and encouragment as I reach my goal of shedding 30 pounds.
 
Work hard, eat right and the results will follow. Don't expect outrageous goals, keep in ming that most people never make it to where they want to be, so some change is better than none. And make yourself weekly and monthly goals to attain and aim for them, rather than making a total goal to work at. This will help you realize that you are making progress, every little bit at a time.
